My name is Steel (obviously not my real name) and I'm some weirdo who is just trying to get through this extended curse called life. I'm in my 20s, still live with my parents because the cost of living is fucking atrocious, and am trying to go back to school to get a Real Job™ instead of the shithole I work at right now. I'm a gay man and also a furry, though I prefer to keep my furry stuff separate for a couple of reasons. My zodiac sign is Cancer and I know fuck all about MTBI. I am shy and very reclusive but am trying to fix that. I have strained relationships with all of my parents which will likely come up often. Religiously I'm still trying to figure things out and am ex-Christian.

I made this account because I want to start keeping a personal journal, partially because I'm very forgetful and partially because I think it'd be good for me to start posting my thoughts somewhere as longform posts rather than just sporadic social media posts. I'm also starting therapy again and it would probably make my therapist's job easier if they had access to my personal journal. I'm also too stupid to maintain multiple accounts so I'm probably going to post fandom-related things and my original characters' stories here as well. This is just a general place for any kind of long-form writing I make, I guess, personal or otherwise.

I plan on doing my personal journal entries at least once a month, usually at the start of the month where I write about the previous month, unless something big happens and I want to write/post about it later or earlier. So right now it's the beginning of November, so I'm going to write about how October went in my next entry. I will probably also post a biography of my two personal characters that I've been kind of fixated on lately.
